The U.S President-elect, Donald Trump, has warmed Gambia’s leader Yahya Jammeh to vacate his throne before January 20, 2017.
As Trump takes over as president of the United States on 20th January, he promises to uproot the Gambian’s leader like a ‘bad tree’ from his seat.
Speaking to Africa Voice on Monday morning, Trump warned Jammeh to accept election results and step down as president.
“I’ll uproot him like a bad tree. No tolerance for such. That is unconstitutional and an insult to world’s democracy” – Trump said.
Yahya Jammeh, who initially accepted election results and conceded defeat made a U-turn to reject the results.
ECOWAS delegation have failed to get him out of power.
